Google Pays Apple $1 Billion to Keep Search Engine Available on iOS

Google has just paid Apple $1 billion to keep Google search function available on the iOS.

Court records have shown that the search engine giant has paid Apple $1 billion in order for Apple devices to continue to carry the search engine. The records further state that there has been a decline of 34 percent in the revenue generated by Google due to iOS devices.

Google has made all attempts to get the court papers sealed stating that this was confidential information and highly sensitive to both the organizations concerned, so it should not be made available to the general public.
