The smartphone market in Pakistan has evolved very rapidly over the past few years and many high-end brands such as Samsung, Sony and Apple. Even the mighty Nokia that once ruled the market but got waylaid is trying to make a comeback. But for the common man in Pakistan, these brands remain elusive simply due to their price tag. This meant that a smartphone that provided all the features of a high-end brand yet at a much lower price was very badly needed.
Qmobile took advantage of this gap in the market and moved in to offer its customers exactly what they wanted. Now it looks like they are going to up their game even more with their Noir E8, with which it intends to take on the high-end smartphones, and it sure has the hardware for it! The Qmobile E8 has just recently been launched as is available on online shopping webites & also will be available in market for a price tag of Rs. 45,000.
Where the Qmobile E8 wins is its huge 6 inch WQHD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, 3GB of RAM, 24MP of Camera, 8MP selfie camera and 3,520mAh battery, pretty impressive for a budget phone.
This is perhaps the first time that a Qmobile handset has been launched with a Super AMOLED as this is typically an expensive addition that adds quite a bit to the price tag of a phone. The price tag of the E8 is pretty reasonable given the price of a typical AMOLED screen.
